Her Accessible Style Story: Meet Lana
Meet Lana, a 3rd grade teacher and single mom
Lana's gorgeous and a complete sweetheart. Her son's her pride and joy but being a single mom and a 3rd grade teacher keeps her plate full. It was time for a new look as she recently returned to the dating scene.
At our initial consultation, we reviewed Lana's style goals, lifestyle, and budget. She needed to feel confident and sexy on a date. She's on her feet all day so comfort is key. We determined that a Sort, Shop, and Style was exactly what she needed.
Lana loves Bohemian style ala Nicole Ritchie. The below BEFORE picture shows that her clothes were engulfing her small frame.
During our SORT, I conducted a closet edit. We got rid of clothes that were too big and styles that were outdated. I love that Lana was open to the experience and didn't think twice when I asked her if she was ready to let something GO. She was ready to be out with the old and in with the new, a common feeling that occurs when working with a personal stylist. Next I SHOPPED HER CLOSET and styled outfits so she had "new" looks for the very next day.
SCORE Instant gratification!
At our next appointment, my signature PRE-SHOP was done before Lana's arrival followed by 4 hours of SHOP til you drop fun.
We focused on styles for dating and social mixers as well as pieces (tops, bottoms, accessories) she could wear to work. We shopped for clothes that fit her body while enhancing curves in the right places.
The RESULT was Lana discovered ways to make easy breezy Bohemian style work for her body, lifestyle, and needs.
We found incredible deals and comfortable clothes, now that's Accessible Style.
This is what Lana said AFTER working with me.
Lana and I had a blast, best part was I made a new friend. I love this job!
